RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Miki Miette pieces as much as we do, but we get that sometimes things don't work out.

RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free of odors, stains, and pet hair.

To start a return, contact us here with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Whether you'd like a refund or store credit

Please wait to receive your return instructions (and prepaid label, if you choose store credit) before shipping anything back.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

We offer two return options:

Store credit: free returns. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and issue store credit once we receive your item. Store credit never expires. We currently ship within the U.S. only, so prepaid labels are included with every store credit return.

Refund: return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds go back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift recipients are eligible for store credit at the purchase price of the item.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited availability. If you need a different size, return your original item and place a new order. If you used a promo code on your original order, contact us within 14 days of your return being received and we'll honor the same discount on your new order.

FINAL SALE

All sale and discounted items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if possible, and we'll make it right.

A FEW MORE THINGS

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we aren't responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
• Promotions and discounts can't be applied retroactively.
• This policy applies to orders placed on mikimiette.com. Orders placed through other retailers or marketplaces follow that retailer's return policy.
