RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Miki Miette pieces as much as we do — but we get that sometimes things don't work out.

RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 30 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, contact us here with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you'd like a refund or store credit

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

We offer two return options:

Store credit — free returns. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label and issue store credit once we receive your item. Store credit never expires.

Refund — return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Gift recipients are eligible for store credit at the purchase price of the item.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited availability. If you need a different size, return your original item and place a new order. If you used a promo code on your original order, contact us and we'll honor the same discount on your new order.

FINAL SALE

The any sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
