We want you to love your Miki Miette pieces as much as we do, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a refund or store credit on unworn, unwashed items with their original tags, sent back within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return and to receive a return label, please send an email to: email@example.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
If you would like either a Refund or Store Credit.
(Please note: There is an $8.00 return handling fee per transaction. This fee is waived if you choose Store Credit.)

- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3 business days upon receipt of your item. Please note, a refund may take an additional 3-5 days to complete on your original form of payment depending on your financial institution.
- If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, we are able to offer store credit in the form of an e-mailed code for the purchase price of the item(s).
- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment by the carrier.
- All sale items, seasonal items, bundles, accessories, books and toys are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are in need of a new size, return your original item, and separately place a new order for your desired size. If you used a promotion code on the original order, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to honor your new order with the same discount.
Missing Items, Damaged/Incorrect item(s): If an item is missing from your package, please email: email@example.com within 5 days of delivery and we will make sure to send you the item(s) right away.
