We want you to love your Miki Miette pieces as much as we do, so we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn items with their original tags attached within 30 days of your postage stamped delivery date.

ITEMS LISTED IN OUR CLEARANCE COLLECTION, ACCESSORIES, BOOKS AND TOYS ARE ALL FINAL SALE. 

RETURNS:

To get started, please email your name, order number, items you’d like to return or exchange, and reason for return to Kayo@mikimiette.com.  We will email you a return label for your item(s).  

We would like to resolve returns and refunds expeditiously. Please return items within seven days of receipt of your custom return label. If your return is sent out after the seven day window, we will issue you a store credit instead of a full refund.

We will process the refund within 3 business days upon receipt and evaluation of your item. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item seems used, washed, or worn, in which case the customer is then responsible for shipping fees to receive the item back. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

FUTURE PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE RETROACTIVELY APPLIED.
