Returns
We want you to love your Miki Miette pieces as much as we do, so we are happy to offer free returns and exchanges of unwashed and unworn items with their original tags attached within 30 days of your postage stamped delivery date.
RETURNS: Upon inspection, we will process the refund within 3 business days upon receipt and evaluation of your item. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item seems used, washed, or worn, in which case the customer is then responsible for shipping fees to receive the item back. Clearance items, accessories, books, and toys are all FINAL SALE. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Wondering what size to get?
Our clothing is pretty true to size with some room to grow into for both infant sizes and toddler sizes. The sizes are based off of 50th percentile height & weight (average size). Here's some info that will help you make your decision...
If you're a super rad friend or family that's buying a gift for a little one, take these tips into consideration when choosing your styles and sizes:
SIZING for Babies: Size NB for most lines (including ours) fits up to the first few months of age. We do this so the little bundle will get as much use out of the clothing as possible, and more bang for your buck! But that also means that if you're hoping for a 1 week old to wear your gift, he/she may be swimming a bit in the clothes. The only ones that small will either be labeled "preemie" - look for clothes labeled for 7lbs if you're looking for something for the babes to wear immediately.
SIZING for Toddlers: When buying for a toddler, when in doubt, always buy a size up... but don't go too crazy. Remember that most brands will add room to grow, and that the size on the label is on the lower end of the age range appropriate for that garment. For example, if you're buying a gift for a 20 month old, it's adequate to gift them a 2T article of clothing assuming it's not a seasonal piece they won't get to wear for 9 months. If you give them a 3T, it may be a whole other year before they can start wearing your gift.
CONVENIENCE: Gift things that can easily be mixed + matched with other things. It's just like your wardrobe - just way smaller! Whether it's a new first baby or a toddler, we've all experienced or seen how hectic it can be at times - so help make the parents lives a bit easier with convenient yet stylish pieces that will become loved staples in their child's wardrobe.
Also, layering pieces are always good for little ones since their body temperatures go up and down so quickly and also because they often need to be changed for a lot of messy reasons.
QUALITY: Baby & kids clothing gets washed more times than you can fathom. So consider purchasing fewer high quality pieces rather than a 10 pack of things that will only last a couple washes.
